"Nam at Ascot Mortgage Group made the whole process from the first informal chat all the way through to settlement extremely smooth. Nam’s advice through email and phone calls was efficient and to the point, giving us clear information and direction on actions to be taken. Nam answered all question promptly and nothing seemed too much trouble, even after settlement when we had questions about the various charges in the settlement process.

Keziah
Keziah Torno
Keziah joined Ascot Mortgage in September 2025 and supports our clients and brokers across a range of administrative functions. Her role includes onboarding new clients, assisting with loan reviews, pricing and valuations, and helping ensure client information and documentation is kept up to date.
Keziah studied Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and unwinding with a good anime series.
