"Nam at Ascot Mortgage Group made the whole process from the first informal chat all the way through to settlement extremely smooth. Nam’s advice through email and phone calls was efficient and to the point, giving us clear information and direction on actions to be taken. Nam answered all question promptly and nothing seemed too much trouble, even after settlement when we had questions about the various charges in the settlement process.

Mecerio
Mecerio Bustamante
Mecerio joined Ascot Mortgage in November 2024 and is part of our Broker Support team. He works closely with our brokers and clients throughout the loan application process, helping manage applications, supporting documentation and lender requirements through to approval.
Mecerio studied Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Outside of work, Mecerio enjoys gaming, anime and keeping active through home workouts and the gym. He also enjoys spending quality time with his daughter.
