As FHBs we’re really glad we chose Nam and his team as our mortgage brokers. He made everything easy to understand, and his positive attitude and clear communication helped ease a lot of our anxiety during the buying process.
We also purchased his negotiations package, where he dealt directly with agents and even bid at the auction for us.
At first we weren’t sure if it was necessary, but after seeing Nam’s approach, particularly his methodical strategy that helped us win the property without overpaying, it became clear the service saved us thousands.
In the end, we’re really happy with the property we secured, and we feel the service was definitely money well spent. We highly recommend Nam, his team, and the Ascot Acquire service.

Nam (and Ascot Mortgage) were recommended to us and after the easy and supported pre-approval process we were ready to house hunt.
Luckily we found a house quickly but the didn't really know what to do - how does this work? How do we auction? What do we even ask???
Happily Ascot Mortgage provide a service, Ascot Acquire, to help with all of that. At $890 it is well worth the price!
After bringing him on board, Nam spoke to the real estate to get a feel for the property, then came to the auction and bid for us and honestly? Just that more than paid for the service. But when we won the auction, Nam came in to help with the next negotiations.
Even if he hadn't saved us money (which he definitely did! If we had done the bidding I'm sure we would have paid $50,000 more!) having someone to help navigate a very new and honestly quite overwhelming situation was priceless.
Even though we bought the first house we looked at, knowing that Ascot Acquire would help us through up to 10 houses was really great reassurance.
I absolutely reccomend Nam and the Ascot Acquire team.

I stumbled upon Nam and Ascot Mortgage on Ozbargain of all places. Since he was local to where we were living and had 5 star reviews, we decided to take a chance.
We had previously engaged a different broker however the follow up and communication didn't meet our expectations.
From the get go, Nam was really excited to work with us and made himself readily available for contact.
He provided tips and support during our search for a first home which was much needed due to our lack of experience entering the market.
He kept us updated and checked in when our pre-approval was close to expiring.
His support staff Neil, Kate and Charlie were amazing too.
We didn't even have to ask about how to get the Cashback offer our lender provided as Kate was already on it the day of settlement and provided updates once it was processed.
There's a reason why everyone has rated Ascot Mortgage and Nam a 5.
