"Nam at Ascot Mortgage Group made the whole process from the first informal chat all the way through to settlement extremely smooth. Nam’s advice through email and phone calls was efficient and to the point, giving us clear information and direction on actions to be taken. Nam answered all question promptly and nothing seemed too much trouble, even after settlement when we had questions about the various charges in the settlement process.

Via Mahilum
Via joined Ascot Mortgage in November 2024 and is part of our Broker Support team. She works closely with our brokers and clients throughout the loan application process, helping manage applications, supporting documentation and lender requirements through to approval.
Via holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, majoring in English.
Outside of work, Via enjoys watching movies and TV series, exploring nearby cities on her scooter and spending time with her two children.
