Nam previously worked for a top 4 bank for over 9 years, and during his tenure, he held various positions throughout the bank.  During his employment, he went on to obtain his Bachelor of Business, majoring in Banking and Finance. It was also during these years that he developed his passion for real estates and home lending, assisting thousands of Australians and lending well over 120 million dollars.

Since establishing Ascot Mortgage over 5 years ago, Nam has been recognised nationally by the MFAA and The Adviser for various awards, and most recently won Best Newcomer 2021 VIC/TAS at the Mortgage & Finance Associate of Australia's Excellence Awards. He was also a national finalist for two awards, Best Newcomer and Rising Star.

He is an honest and thoughtful mortgage lender, always putting the customer’s financial needs at the forefront of everything that he does, and always ensuring the customer is comfortable with every decision along the way.

Outside of mortgage lending, Nam enjoys spending time with his young family and playing soccer for his local club. Nam is an avid coffee drinker and you’ll find him exploring every inch of Melbourne for the next best coffee!

Meet
Alex

Alex Diep

Alex has worked over 12 years in the banking sector with two of the top four major banks. Having helped thousands of Australians, his knowledge and experience has led to the development and understanding of what prudent financial choices are. 

 

Alex has a strong background in complex scenarios, ranging from self-employed company structures to self-managed super funds. 

 

He is honest and prides himself in taking the time to ensure that every customer is confident in their decisions. 

 

Beyond the world of finance, Alex enjoys spending quality time with his young family exploring Melbourne and road trips throughout Victoria.

Nick

Nick Hillier

Customer Service Manager

Nick previously worked in the hospitality industry in some of Melbourne’s best 5-star hotels, restaurants, and cafes.

After completing VCE, Nick went on to complete his Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management, and further developed his customer service skills by working in various management positions at the Grand Hyatt.

During this time, Nick was recognised for various industry awards for his strong and effective skills in customer service.

He was Grand Hyatt Rising Star of the Year and Victoria’s TAA Food and Beverage Services Employee of the year as a finalist. 

 

Nick has seamlessly transferred his skills over to the finance industry as your Customer Service Manager. His role, along with the team, is to help, guide and support you through the home buying process.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his partner and family, visiting local cafes and restaurants.
