"Nam at Ascot Mortgage Group made the whole process from the first informal chat all the way through to settlement extremely smooth. Nam’s advice through email and phone calls was efficient and to the point, giving us clear information and direction on actions to be taken. Nam answered all question promptly and nothing seemed too much trouble, even after settlement when we had questions about the various charges in the settlement process.

Charlie
Charlie Segotier
Charlie is the General Manager at Ascot Mortgage, overseeing our broker support team and the day-to-day operations of the business. Since joining Ascot Mortgage in 2021, Charlie has played an important role in supporting the growth and development of our team and internal processes.
While working with Ascot Mortgage, Charlie completed his Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Business Management, in 2024 and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys exploring local cafés and spending quality time with his family.
