"Nam at Ascot Mortgage Group made the whole process from the first informal chat all the way through to settlement extremely smooth. Nam’s advice through email and phone calls was efficient and to the point, giving us clear information and direction on actions to be taken. Nam answered all question promptly and nothing seemed too much trouble, even after settlement when we had questions about the various charges in the settlement process.

April
April joined Ascot Mortgage in November 2024 and manages our Post Approval team, helping clients through the next stage of their journey after their loan has been approved. Her role covers everything from loan documentation and settlement support through to ongoing client check-ins and home loan reviews.
April holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management.
Outside of work, April enjoys cooking, watching movies and TV series, exploring new places and spending time with her two children.
